Shipping Inquiries for Available Work
Work that is available for sale is indicated with a price. If the work indicates that shipping will be billed or invoiced after purchase, it is because we need to contact the artist and coordinate the best shipping option for you and the artist to send the work to you from their studio.
Shipping will be invoiced via email and payable through a secure payment gateway within 5 business days of ordering.
All sales include a 30% donation to the Society of American Mosaic Artists
About Shipping
The Artwork presented on this website is not in the possession of the Society of American Mosaic Artists. All work is currently with the artist unless sold and processed.
Several artists have included the cost of shipping in their price. Several will require address and shipping preference of buyers so that we can calculate the appropriate expense for you. Our artists are from all over the world, and are willing to ship anywhere (if noted on listing).
Thank you for patience in this process while we work to integrate technology to aid in automating this process.
Shipping Risks
Mosaics can be both sturdy, and fragile. The artists will do their best to effectively package their work so that it arrives to buyers safely and undamaged. In the event your order does arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so we can work with the artist to rectify the situation.
Privacy and Notifications
We will pass on buyer emails, addresses and phone numbers provided to the artists so that they can execute shipping and directly communicate shipping status and tracking of each purchased work.
